1) Charge your battery; 2) Ensure battery is on (rapid-click activation, e.g., 5x); 3) Preheat if available; 4) Gently warm the cart between hands; 5) Clean 510 contacts with a dry swab; 6) Try a lower voltage to avoid burning.

The cartridge is leaking—what now?

Keep the device upright, wipe contacts, and capture a photo. Open a DOA ticket within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. Keep all packaging and the item for inspection.

Do you accept returns?

For safety, opened consumables aren't returnable. Defective hardware is covered by our DOA policy—we'll troubleshoot and replace or credit if confirmed defective.

How do I file a claim?

Go to My Account → Orders → Report an Issue, or email support@provincecarts.com with a brief video/photo and description.

Do I have to be 18 or 21?

It depends on your jurisdiction. We enforce the local legal age ([18+/21+]). You'll confirm age on-site and again at checkout. Courier will verify with government ID on delivery.

What IDs do you accept?

Passport, Driver's License, National/State ID, or Military ID. Digital photos or copies aren't accepted at the door.

Why did my age/KYC check fail?

Most failures are mismatched name/address/DOB. Ensure your info exactly matches your ID, and use your home address (no P.O. boxes). If auto-verify fails, you'll be prompted to upload a clear photo of your ID.

Do you store my ID?

We store only what's necessary to meet compliance, and only for as long as required. See Privacy Policy for retention details.

Ordering, Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via a secure, high-risk-compliant gateway with 3-D Secure. We do not accept cash on delivery. Pickup may allow cash or card—see options at checkout.

Why was my card declined?

Common reasons: AVS address mismatch, 3-D Secure challenge failed, bank blocks for age-restricted merchants, or velocity limits. Try your billing address exactly as on your bank statement, complete the 3-D Secure prompt, or call your bank.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes before your delivery window begins. After 2 hours before your scheduled window, cancellations may incur a 15% restocking fee. Use order chat or contact support ASAP.

Do you charge tax?

Taxes are calculated based on your delivery address per local law.

Where do you deliver?

We serve Denver and Boulder plus these zones: Capitol Hill, Five Points, Baker, Highland, RiNo, Cherry Creek, Pearl Street, and University Hill. Use the Address Checker on the cart or delivery page. Outside our zone? Pickup may still be available.

Do I need to be home?

Yes. An adult of legal age must present valid ID and sign. Couriers can't leave packages unattended or with minors/neighbors.

Can someone else receive my order?

Yes, if you add them as the shipping contact at checkout. Their ID must match the shipping name.

What are your delivery windows and fees?

Same-Day (order by 5:00 PM), Next-Day slots 10AM–2PM / 2PM–6PM, and Pickup during 10AM-8PM Monday-Saturday, 12PM-6PM Sunday. Delivery fee $6.99, waived over $79.

What if I miss the delivery?

We'll return the package. You can reschedule once within 48 hours at no cost; further attempts may incur a $5 re-delivery fee.

Do you ship outside your service area?

We restrict delivery to permitted jurisdictions only. National shipping may be unavailable due to regulations.

Can the driver call/text on arrival?

Yes—enable SMS alerts at checkout. You'll get Out for Delivery and 10-minute notifications.

Live Resin vs Live Rosin—what's the difference?

Live Resin uses solvent extraction; Live Rosin is solventless (heat/pressure). Many prefer rosin for flavor fidelity; resin often offers higher availability and lower cost. See our detailed comparison in the Learn section.

Will this work with my battery?

Most carts use the 510 thread standard. Check each product's compatibility notes. For disposables, no battery is needed.

How should I store my carts?

Upright, cool, and away from heat/sunlight. Avoid pockets/hot cars. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
