If your address is outside our service area, shipping will be disabled. Pickup may still be available.

Regulatory Note

We only deliver to jurisdictions where sale and delivery of these products are permitted. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, hotels, or freight forwarders.

3 Age Verification & Adult Signature

At checkout: We verify age/identity (KYC). If auto-verify fails, you may be asked to upload a government ID.

At the door: Recipient must be 21+ with matching, valid ID. Couriers cannot leave packages unattended or with neighbors/minors.

Name match: The name on the order must match the ID of the person receiving the package. For gifts, add the recipient at checkout.

6 Missed Delivery, Rescheduling & Address Changes

Missed delivery: If no eligible adult is present, the package returns to our depot. You may reschedule once within 48 hours at no cost. Additional attempts may incur a $5 re-delivery fee.

Address changes: Contact support before your window begins. Once Out for Delivery, we can't reroute.

Gate/concierge access: Provide access instructions at checkout. Drivers can wait up to 5 minutes at most.

Important Note

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure someone 21+ with valid ID will be available during your selected time window. If you know you might not be available, consider selecting a different time or using our pickup service.

7 Packaging & Discretion

  • Plain outer packaging with no product names on the label.
  • Child-resistant inner packaging.
  • Thermal protection during extreme temperatures when needed.
  • Couriers won't discuss package contents at the door.

8 Loss, Damage & Shortages

Damaged on arrival: Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and item. Report within 48 hours.

Short shipments: Report within 48 hours; we'll reconcile against pick logs and route scans.

Stolen after delivery: We require adult signature; packages aren't left unattended. Once signed, liability transfers to the recipient.

9 Returns & Exchanges

We aim to keep returns simple while protecting product integrity and safety.

9.1 What's returnable

Returnable Items

  • Defective hardware (DOA): Batteries/chargers/devices that fail out of the box. Report within 48 hours with a short video/photo.
  • Unopened accessories: Unused, sealed accessories may be returnable within 14 days at our discretion (restocking fees may apply).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumables: For health/safety reasons (e.g., cartridges, disposables).
  • Used hardware: Showing wear, damage, or modification.
  • Items without original packaging: Or missing components.
  • Clearance/final-sale items: As marked at time of purchase.

9.2 Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Hardware Policy

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide order number, photos/video, and a brief description of the issue (no power, no heat, etc.).
  • We'll troubleshoot; if confirmed defective, we'll replace the item or issue store credit/refund (your choice where permitted).
  • Keep all packaging and the defective item for inspection.

9.3 How to Start a Return/Exchange

    Submit a Request

    Go to My Account → Orders → Report an Issue (or email provincecarts@gmail.com).

    Receive RMA and Instructions

    We'll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with detailed return instructions.

    Package Items Securely

    Include all parts and the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

  4. 4

    Ship by the Deadline

    Return within 7 days of receiving the RMA. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Return shipping costs:

  • DOA/our error: We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • Other approved returns: You cover return shipping; a 15% restocking fee may apply.

10 Refunds

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit, if preferred) once the return is received and inspected.

Timeline: Please allow 3-10 business days after approval for funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Partial refunds: We may issue partial refunds for items returned damaged, incomplete, or beyond allowed windows.

11 Cancellations & Order Changes

Before your delivery window begins: You may cancel or modify your order.

After your window begins or once packed: Cancellations may incur a 15% restocking fee.

KYC failures: If we can't verify age/identity, we'll cancel and refund.
