Age Verification & ID Requirements

Age Verification Process

We take responsible delivery seriously. Two checks keep everyone compliant:

At Checkout (KYC)

We verify your age using name, DOB, and address. If we can't verify automatically, you'll be prompted to upload a government-issued photo ID.

At the Door (Adult Signature)

The recipient must be [18+/21+] with matching, valid government ID. No exceptions.

Photos or photocopies aren't accepted at the door.

Name must match the order.

If gifting, add the recipient as the shipping contact and ensure they're present with ID.

Missed Delivery, Reschedule & Cancellations

Missed delivery

If no eligible adult is present, we'll return the package. You can reschedule once at no extra cost within [48 hours].

Subsequent attempts may incur a [re-delivery fee].

Address change

Contact support before your window begins. Once Out for Delivery, we can't reroute.

Cancellations

Allowed until [cutoff time] for your selected window. After that, orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns & DOA (Hardware)

Consumables

For safety, opened consumables (e.g., cartridges) aren't returnable.

DOA hardware

(e.g., battery not powering on): Report within 48 hours of delivery with a short video/photo of the issue and your order number. We'll troubleshoot and replace or credit if confirmed defective.

Leakage/defect claims

Keep all packaging and the defective item for inspection.
