What is your DOA (Dead On Arrival) hardware policy?

We stand behind the quality of our hardware. If you receive a cart or battery that doesn't function properly upon first use, our DOA policy covers you:

  • Timeframe: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
  • Documentation: Submit clear photos or video showing the defect
  • Resolution: We'll replace the defective item during our next delivery to your area (usually within 1-3 days) at no additional cost

Common issues covered by our DOA policy include:

  • Leaking cartridges (if reported immediately)

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, we have a limited return policy:
